Biography

In his role as the Associate Vice President for Civil Rights & Title IX
Coordinator, Josh oversees the Title IX and Civil Rights programs. This
includes implementation of supportive measures, informal
resolutions, and formal investigations related to gender equity and
gender-based violence as well as employment discrimination. Josh
trains students, staff, and faculty on Title IX, bystander intervention,
gender-based violence, and mandatory reporting. Prior to arriving at
LSU, Josh served as the Director of Institutional Opportunity and
Access at the University of Kansas. Before entering higher education,
Josh was an Assistant State Attorney for the 11th judicial circuit in
Florida covering Miami-Dade County. Josh is thrilled to have joined
the Tiger family and to be part of a team dedicated to making
learning and working environments better for all.
