Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset

This 2-day workshop reveals the distinct mindsets from which people and organizations operate – a self-focused inward mindset and an others-inclusive outward mindset. Participants learn how to turn outward by 1) shifting their mindsets, 2) equipping themselves with tools to adjust their behaviors in accordance with their changed mindsets, and 3) helping leaders to turn organizational systems and processes outward in order to invite and reward sustained, systematic change. There is a per person cost associated with this workshop. The 2-day format can also be broken down into a timeframe that works best for the unit.
