Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank
Volunteers sort food, work in the warehouse, or complete other office duties to help provide food to the Baton Rouge area.
St. Vincent de Paul
There are many volunteer opportunities through the Society of St. Vincent Depaul including working in their thrift stores and food distribution centers.
Companion Animal Alliance
The CAA accepts volunteers to work with animals in the shelter and shelter maintenance.
Court Appointed Special Advocates
CASA advocates work with abused and neglected children living in foster care. CASA accepts volunteers that are over 21 years old. Volunteers have to complete a training course to work as a special advocate.
Habitat for Humanity Greater Baton Rouge
Habitat for Humanity works with qualified, low-income families and the community to eliminate poverty housing through building simple, decent homes. Volunteers must complete a waiver online to volunteer.
Keep Tiger Town Beautiful
Keep Tiger Town Beautiful is a local group that organizes beautification and litter pick-up events around the Baton Rouge Area.
